We’ve introduced regular Customer Review Sessions to ensure you continue getting maximum value from your Business Central Insights reports and stay up to date with the latest features, best practices, and reporting capabilities.
Business Central Insights evolves continuously. Over recent updates, we’ve introduced powerful new capabilities across financial reporting, dimensional analysis, operations, and performance reporting. What we often see, however, is that customers are not always aware of what’s new or how these enhancements can simplify reporting, reduce manual work, and improve decision-making.
Customer Review Sessions are designed to close that gap.
What is a Customer Review Session?
A 30 or 45-minute online meeting, held twice per year, focused entirely on how your organisation uses Business Central Insights today and how your reporting can better support your business going forward.
This is a collaborative working session, not a sales call.
The goal is to make sure your reports:
Still reflect how your business operates today
Are being used effectively across teams
Take advantage of the latest capabilities available in Business Central Insights
What you will get from the session
By the end of the review, you will:
Understand what’s new and relevant in Business Central Insights
Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting and spreadsheet work
Improve confidence and trust in your numbers
Ensure your reporting supports management, finance, and operational decisions
Have a clear view of any next steps, training, or improvements

New features and enhancements
We’ll walk you through key updates since your last review, highlighting features and improvements that are most relevant to your organisation and reporting requirements.
How your reports are used today
We’ll discuss how your team currently uses Business Central Insights, including:
Reports you rely on most
How reports support day-to-day operations and management meetings
Any challenges, limitations, or frustrations you’ve encountered
Reporting gaps and future requirements
Together, we’ll review:
Missing reports or insights
New requirements driven by business or process changes
Opportunities to improve clarity, performance, or usability
Training and onboarding needs
We’ll assess whether:
Additional user training would be beneficial
New users need onboarding
Existing users would benefit from advanced or role-specific training
