Dejan Pajk
Dejan Pajk is the Founder and CEO of eKnowtion, the company behind the Business Central Insights brand. He leads the overall vision, strategy, and product direction, with a clear focus on helping organisations unlock the full value of their Business Central data through Power BI.
With more than 15 years of experience working with Business Central and Power BI, Dejan brings deep technical expertise and a strong product mindset to solving complex reporting challenges. He has worked across a wide range of industries and international implementations, giving him a clear understanding of the real-world reporting needs of finance and operations teams.
Dejan holds a PhD in Information Management, with academic research focused on how information systems support organisational performance. This combination of academic depth and hands-on ERP experience has shaped the Business Central Insights approach, prioritising usability, scalability, and trusted data over bespoke, consultant-heavy reporting solutions.
As Founder and CEO of eKnowtion, Dejan is passionate about bridging the gap between ERP data and actionable insight. Through the Business Central Insights brand, he continues to drive the development of user-centric analytics that empower customers and partners to make better, faster decisions with confidence.
Michael Davies
Over 20 years of experience in Finance, Software, Data, Analytics & AI, including Snowflake, one of the largest data & AI software firms in the world.
Before joining Snowflake, I held senior roles in Financial Services, including in research, corporate strategy and GTM, where I developed a deep expertise in financial markets, FX, commodities, equities, derivatives and using data and analytics for decisioning. I also was a regular commentator on Bloomberg, CNBC and even the BBC.
Craig McCracken
Craig is the Customer and Partner Success Manager at Business Central Insights, where he works closely with customers and Business Central partners to ensure they get maximum value from their Power BI reporting.
With over a decade of experience in hospitality and operations, Craig brings a strong understanding of how businesses run day to day, from managing people and processes to delivering consistent results under pressure. This background has shaped his practical, customer-first approach, helping organisations turn reporting into clear, actionable insights rather than static dashboards.
Originally from New Zealand, Craig has lived and worked across multiple regions and has travelled to over 100 countries. This global perspective allows him to work effectively with international customers and partners, understand diverse business practices, and communicate clearly across cultures and industries.
At Business Central Insights, Craig focuses on onboarding, enablement, partner collaboration, and ongoing success. He is passionate about helping finance and operations teams reduce manual reporting, trust their data, and make better decisions using Power BI and Business Central.
